A dental bridge is a common treatment for missing teeth. It literally bridges the gap created when teeth are lost. A bridge is made up of two crowns on each side of the missing tooth/teeth that anchor a false tooth to fill in the gap. The result is a smile that is fully restored in terms of function and appearance.
Veneers are thin, strong, porcelain shells that are bonded to the front of your teeth and can immediately transform the appearance of your smile. Many people look to veneers as the best option for teeth that are discolored, cracked, chipped, or have a gap in between them. Custom-created for each patient to meet their unique needs, veneers are sure to give you that “Hollywood” smile you desire.
Temporomandibular Joint Disorder is a relatively common condition that refers to symptoms that result from a misalignment of the teeth, clenching or grinding often caused by stress, or in some cases, the joints themselves. The condition can result in painful symptoms such as teeth and jaw soreness as well as headaches. Our team is experienced in treating this disorder. While there are a variety of treatment options, a common option involves wearing a custom-crafted mouth guard, which can be done in our office.
Dentures and partial dentures are an alternative tooth replacement that is custom-crafted for each patient. Dentures and partial dentures are designed to restore the health and functionality of your mouth and teeth, giving you the confidence that comes with having a beautiful smile.
Looking for something more permanent and stable? Consider dental implants!
Also called endodontic therapy, root canal therapy is needed when a cavity has reached the pulp of a tooth, causing an infection of the nerve or when severe trauma has affected the tooth. It can be prevented with regular checkups and healthy oral care, but if the pulp does become infected, it must be treated to avoid further complications since it cannot heal by itself.
During treatment, we will clean out the infected nerve and disinfect the canals of the tooth. The tooth is then filled with a special, biocompatible material to prevent further infections and to help heal the tooth. Necessary follow up treatment usually includes a crown restoration for the success of the root canal.
Crowns may be required when a tooth is severely damaged. Sometimes a crown is necessary when a tooth has suffered from advanced decay or fractures within the tooth and cannot be restored with a bonded filling alone. Essentially, crowns cover the tooth and restore it to its original function, strength, and esthetics.
If you have lost one or more teeth or have dentures and you’re ready for a permanent solution, consider an implant restoration. This surprisingly simple procedure is a great solution for tooth replacement!
As part of our initiatives to make your visit as pain and stress-free as possible, nitrous oxide can be administered for a more pleasant and relaxing experience.
Cavities are permanently damaged areas in the hard surface of your teeth that develop into tiny holes. To treat a cavity, the decay is removed and replaced with a tooth-colored filling that is hardened immediately, allowing you to chew shortly after your appointment.

While brushing and flossing twice a day is a great start, it is crucial that you also visit the dentist at least twice a year for professional cleaning. We will remove stains, plaque, and tartar that are too difficult to remove by brushing and flossing alone. We can also inspect your teeth, gums, and smile, detecting any issues that may be developing, such as cavities or periodontal disease.
